It’s Important to understand where you come from and give credit where credit is due. One person alone does not make a system, it is the aggregate of many people’s experience with improvements long the way.
The purpose of teaching it to shorten the time it takes to learn a skill. It doesn’t matter if it’s math, science or self defense. Efficiency is evolution.
