K-ROBICS KENPO WORKOUT

This workout is from our K-Robics class. It is a cardio workout based on Kenpo techniques.

Exercise while we are quarantined will keep us mentally and physically fit.

Remember to warm up and stretch before any workout, and cool down properly after.

As with all workouts, consult your medical provider before participating, especially if you have any medical conditions or diagnoses.
